CIR certification (Research Tax Credit) is officially granted by the French Ministry of National Education, Higher Learning and Research. It is a recognition of SkyAzur’s ability to conduct research and development (R&D) work on behalf of principals.
After demonstrating its competence in terms of technological innovation and research and development, SkyAzur has been certified as a private research and development institution by the French Ministry of Higher Learning and Research.
This certification enables SkyAzur principals to declare their eligible R&D spending for the Research Tax Credit (CIR), in compliance with Article 244 quater B of the French General Tax Code as well as Articles 49 septies F and 49 septies M of Appendix III of said code.
